Who is responsible for your data?

NeuroSystems, 22 rue Basse des Rives, 42100 Saint-Étienne, France (SIREN 130 334 261), is the data controller for data collected on this website. Any questions: neurosystems.info@gmail.com.

What data do we collect?

Only the data you choose to send us:

• Booking a call: first and last name, email, phone, company name, details entered in the form and the time slot you pick.
• Contacting us by email or social media: your address and the content of your message.

This website uses no analytics or advertising tools.

Why, and on what legal basis?

• Organising the call you requested and sending you the confirmation and reminders (email, SMS): steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).
• Replying to your messages: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in answering enquiries (article 6.1.b or 6.1.f).
• Contacting you about our services if you are a business: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f). You can object at any time, without giving a reason.
• Performing a contract if you become a client, and meeting our accounting and tax obligations: contract and legal obligation (article 6.1.b and 6.1.c).

How long do we keep it?

• Prospects: 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.
• Clients: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years for marketing. Accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

Who has access to your data?

Your data is intended for NeuroSystems only. It is never sold or rented. We use technical providers who process it on our behalf:

• HighLevel (United States): booking calendar, forms, contact management and reminders.
• Google (Gmail): email.
• Cloudflare (United States): website hosting.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own servers.

Only your language choice (FR/EN) is remembered in your browser, to show you the right version of the site. It never leaves your device.

The booking calendar is provided by HighLevel and appears in the Contact section. It may set the cookies it needs to work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to its processing, and to set instructions for what happens to it after your death.

To exercise these rights, email us at neurosystems.info@gmail.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it.
